A mobile application which provides the user access a library of checklists and a standard reporting format that integrates multimedia (videos and photos) to facilitate the taking of notes and observations;A cloud based platform accessible to all stakeholders. The platform will, firstly, help the user plan the inspection work, send notifications to predefined distributions at the click of a button. It will also interface with the mobile app by being the data warehouse for filed reports. It will automatically extract observations/actions that need resolving and farm-out out actions to the different users on a workflow for resolution. Performance management tools, such as action registers, trend analysis, dashboards, statistics, to help promote visibility and accountability and allow timely and effective intervention.
